Openings on $30.00 Stocks Can Often Be Rewarding. "Super Micro"

I have talked about this stock often before. Here is it's five day chart, one hour into the mornings trading action. It's up. It's a Tuesday, and these options we are looking at still have four full days of trading life in them.
Next is a look at how it was trading in the morning's premarket. Are you able to see on these two printouts how it was moving up slightly?
...
The stock opened higher and these Call options opened up 24.79% from their previous close. That's a trade in itself. Looking at it's chart can you see how such a move was somewhat inevitable. Look now at where they are trading at 11:37 a.m..
So what is my point? First is that options on stocks in this price range with four days to go can be sweet spots if you catch the right direction. Saying this might sound overly simplistic. Yey consider this. Ten dollars stocks don't usually have one dollar jumps on the opening and $100.00 stocks need jumps of like $3.00 or more to replicate these kinds of price increases. My second point is that morning pricing resets often happen in the very first minute or two of market trading. As the trading session lingers on a sense of complacency sets in. Learn to be accepting of instant profits at the expense of missing a home run. Short term option traders need to develop a style of trading they feel comfortable with. A one trade at a time mentality with short term option trading is often the best way to go.
