Tesla Options Near the Close on Friday Afternoon.

Tesla was up 11% in the last five days. Here are it's one and five day charts. ... Now here are one series of it's Call and Put options with only 42 minutes of trading life remaining in them. Might it's Calls rebound back upwards towards the closing? The D.J.I.A. is up almost 1,000 points on the day. Now this 3:02 p.m. readout. Retail traders need to be out of their postions by 3:00 p.m. otherwise risking getting sold out. The Call option we are looking at has now gone from $1.88 to $2.35. On days like this when the D.J.I.A. once again is up somewhere around 1,000 points you can afford to play little tricks like this. Others may have bought into this postion around 10:00 a.m. in the $.89 range! These are not normal markets.

Short Term Options On A Volatile $5.00 Stock.

Wednesdays in the world of option trading can be days for market resets. This is the third blog I have done on this stock Big Bear Ai. Reference my first blog of November 18th blog if you wish. Here is how I introduced the stock back then.
The stock seems to trades millions of shares each day. It's options have good liquidity. Here is it's five day chart.
Now it's morning chart.
The markets aren't doing very much.
Now here are this weeks Call options, (well one series of Call options) are doing.
. Can you see at how at 11.06 a.m. they are starting to move up?
Now the closing day readings. Just get out.
To make trades like this work the stars have to be lined up right. Read my past two blogs on this stock. With all the Ai trading why isn't the volume of options traded way higher? *** Here is the stocks five day chart on the week.
Notice the spike in volume at 9:32 a.m. on Friday. The five series of Calls I was was tracking mid week went on to triple in price.

A Fireside Chat - One Year Options and Thirty Day Options. Which is Better?

Some say to think small, not big. Trying to play Disney options is thinking big. It is a stock slightly out of favor. If we start with it's a three year chart, we will see it is down by about 50% over that period of time. Now it's one year chart. If the stock can break 110 in early 2024 the sky is the limit. It does have a lot of moving parts so anything could happen. Look at these Calls options one year out. One year in options buys a lot of time.They look reasonable. If the stock ever inched up to the $105.00 price level in the three or four months these options would jump up in price by about 50%. Even more if they had really good news. Yet it's the "what-if" aspect of the equation that castes such a trade in doubt. "What if" stories just don't cut it. There are to many variables in play. News on Polestar , Lucid (Trading After A Reverse Stock Split) Plus Ford News And Vinfast

Look at the one year chart on Polester. Now it's one month chart. What's going on? It's confusing. It was down $.36 cents on the week. If you want you can spend $.20 or $.25 on Puts and hope that the company goes under in the next five or six months. They recently raised more money by releasing more shares so it's running out of options. You can't run at a loss forever and this news will most likely scare off potential new car buyers. This actually is a low number of outstanding Put options. The consensus seems to be that it is not game over yet. Lucid started trading this week on a "one-for-ten" reverse stock split. Here is its one week chart. It was down $1.39 on the week. It's also going to struggle. Both of these stocks have challenges ahead. On a more positive note here is a chart that looks kind of perky.
